Or even choose a completely different flavour like the raspberry (as my father in law does).
You will need to think about replacing 2 meals a day with the protein shakes to get the best results. So, for example, when we are looking to lose our 'muffin tops' and 'fluffy' edges, we like to drink a shake at breakfast and at mid day. It's very simple, tasty and easy to blend. For example: Mix in water / add a little fruit juice / a milk alternative/ add your favourite ingredients like spinach, coconut oil, ginger etc.
The F1 Healthy Meal Shakes can be used either individually or together. So You will find that the variation of flavours that you can achieve with the shakes that you have chosen is endless.
The mango flavoured aloe concentrate mixes easily into/ cold water and can be drunk at anytime during the day. We personally like to drink a glass of it first thing in the morning as we take our other supplements, and last thing at night again with our supplements (as we find that it helps with settling the stomach and digestion). Other people also add it to a bottle of water which they drink through the day.
