If you have chosen this program, the likelihood is you are wanting to get into your 'happy shape'. So think about replacing 2 meals a day with the shakes. For example, when we are looking to lose those 'fluffy' edges, we like to drink the shakes at breakfast and at mid day. Which allows us to eat our dinner with the family (preferably early evening - around 6pm so the body has time to digest before going to bed.

Mix with water, a little juice, a milk alternative, even sprinkle it on cereals, or make a smoothie meal You will find that the variation of flavours and textures you can achieve with the shakes you have chosen is endless.
Our aloe mango concentrate mixes easily in water. Even, as mentioned earlier, in hot water, and can be drunk at anytime during the day. We personally like to drink a glass of it first thing in the morning, and last thing at night as we find that it helps with settling the stomach and digestion.
